These terms govern your use of the GSCC Vendor Radar (the "Radar") at radar.gscc.app. By using the Radar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Radar is an editorially independent research tool published by the Global Supply Chain Council (GSCC) to help supply chain leaders shortlist software vendors. It combines vendor self-verification, public records, and GSCC research. See our editorial policy for how we compile and label information.
The Radar is a shortlisting aid, not procurement, legal, or investment advice. Fit scores, tags, and commentary are our editorial opinion based on the information available to us. You are responsible for your own due diligence before contracting with any vendor. GSCC accepts no liability for procurement decisions made in reliance on the Radar.
If you submit information as a vendor, you confirm that (a) you are authorised to represent the vendor company, (b) the information is accurate and not misleading, (c) submitting the information does not breach any third-party rights, and (d) you accept that GSCC has editorial discretion over what is published, when, and how it is labelled. Submissions are covered by our privacy policy.
You must not scrape or bulk-download the Radar, attempt to disrupt the service, misrepresent your identity when submitting information, or use the Radar to defame competitors. We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or remove access for abuse.
The Radar's structure, editorial commentary, fit scoring, and design are owned by GSCC. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may link to Radar pages and quote short excerpts with attribution to "GSCC Vendor Radar".
The Radar is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate at any given moment, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSCC disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Radar.
We may update these terms as the Radar evolves. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
